DELIVERY POLICY
WITHIN ACCRA: Deliveries within The Greater Accra Region of Ghana is done within 6 -24 hours after payment is made.
OTHER PARTS OF GHANA: Between 24 and 72 hours after payment is made items will be sent via a public transport (eg. VIP bus) or via FedEx
.
NEIGHBORING COUNTRIES: to neighboring countries like Togo and Ivory Coast are delivered within a week via FedEx.
Delivery fee is location specific.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURNS are allowed on faulty products, wrong products within 3 says of delivery.
EXCHANGES are allowed on the delivery of wrong products within 3 days after products are received.
